After filling up the first survey and purchasing one of the monthly/quarterly/annual Plans you will receive a detailed Survey to fill and send back to make sure to design a suitable plan to follow (that you will receive a week after your payment)

After tracking all your infos/habits/lifestyle, you will get your monthly appropriate Nutrition & Training program followed with a guide and some Bonus PDFs to help you keep tracking your progress and keep accountability.
